Our centralized scheduling department makes it easy to schedule an appointment at our office. Please call us at 760-327-7900 or 760-564-7900 and choose option 2 to speak with one of our schedulers.

 

Our phone lines are open from 7:35 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday, closed for lunch from 11:50 p.m to 12:50 p.m.  The offices are closed on Fridays, please contact the office for any upcoming changes or holiday closures.

• Please call during normal business hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our after-hour service is for emergencies only, and does not take messages regarding scheduling.

•  If you are unable to keep an appointment, we request that you contact at least 2 business days prior to your appointment so that we are able to offer that appointment time to another patient, and to avoid a $40 charge. 

• Please be on time for your appointment. We request that you arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for check-in. New patients must arrive 10-15 minutes early. Make sure you have your insurance card and necessary payment.

•  If you are late for an appointment, we may require that it be rescheduled to ensure that our providers stay on schedule for the next patient.   If you are rescheduled, you may be charged a $40 fee.
